Standard Terms of Electronic Commerce (Internet Cyber Company)

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Travel in Nanaland (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users in using the Internet-related services of nanaland in Jeju (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "nanaland in Jeju") provided by the Company.

※「These terms and conditions apply mutatis mutandis to electronic commerce using PC communications, wireless, etc.」

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" refers to the virtual business site set up by Travel in Nanaland to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users using computers and other information and communication equipment. It is also used as a term to refer to the operator of the cyber company.

② "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company and receive the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.

③ "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Company and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

④ "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms, etc.)

① The Company shall post these terms and conditions, the Company's name, representative's name, business location address (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, telecommunication sales business report number, and personal information manager on the initial screen (front page) of the cyber company so that users can easily access them. However, the content of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through a linked screen.

② Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the Company must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen to ensure that the user can understand important content such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.

③ The Company may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.

④ When the Company amends the terms and conditions, the application date and reasons for the amendment shall be specified and announced along with the current terms and conditions on the initial screen of the Company from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the terms and conditions are amended to the disadvantage of the users, a grace period of at least 30 days shall be provided. In this case, the Company shall clearly compare the contents before and after the amendment so that users can easily understand.

⑤ When the Company amends the terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the previous terms and conditions shall apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if an already contracted user wishes to apply the amended terms and conditions, they may send a request to the Company within the notice period of the amended terms and conditions and obtain the Company's consent.

⑥ Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines for Electronic Commerce set by the Fair Trade Commission, relevant laws, or commercial practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① The Company performs the following tasks:
